The Appellate Division, Fourth Department, will be conducting its oral arguments at UB Law School on Thursday, May 25th, as part of the Have Gavel Will Travel program. The arguments will be followed by a CLE from 1-3pm. The CLE is free, and it will be geared toward newer attorneys. Our judges will be discussing their paths to the bench and to the Appellate Division, and Clerk of the Court Ann Dillon Flynnwill discuss the basics of taking an appeal.
