Jenna McDonnell is a Local Director, Co-Chair of the Membership Committee and member on the Working Parents and Legislative Committees.  Jenna is a Partner in the Defense Litigation department at Bennett Schechter Arcuri & Will LLP.  Jenna is experienced in the defense of casualty and negligence matters including toxic tort liability, trucking liability, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, products liability, and municipal liability claims. Jenna is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York. Jenna regularly appears in state and federal courts throughout upstate New York and handles matters from initial case investigation through resolution or trial.

Jenna has been recognized as a “Rising Star” for her work in defense litigation by Super Lawyers for the past five years.

Jenna earned her Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia.  Jenna is also a graduate of Niagara University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and served as a member of the President’s Society.

Jenna is a member of the Erie County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and DRI in addition to WBASNY WNY. Jenna is a member of the Board for the Pet Emergency Fund, an organization designed to provide financial support to pet owners who cannot afford emergency medical care for their pets.  Jenna is also the former Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees for the United Church Home Society which oversees Senior Wishes where she served from 2015 through 2022. Senior Wishes enriches the lives of deserving local seniors by granting meaningful wishes.

Jenna is a native of Western New York and lives with her husband and two children in Wheatfield, New York.
